Technical Associate – Medical and IVD Devices
Role Description: Business Development Executive This is a full-time, on-site role at “THC” exclusively designed to encourage women candidates to thrive in business development. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s reach by driving new business opportunities, generating leads, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explore and identify new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Negotiate effectively to close deals and meet sales goals.
- Represent Transform Healthcare at client meetings and industry events.
Qualifications:
- Graduation in Life Sciences or an MBA (or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare or diagnostics sector is an advantage.
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- A team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction

Key Qualifications:

- Communication Skills: Must possess outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to a diverse audience.
- Technology Aspiration: A keen interest in staying abreast of the latest developments in medical technology and IVD devices.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our R&D and business teams to develop and improve our medical and IVD device offerings.
- Provide technical support and expertise in biotechnology, biomedical engineering, and related fields.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Participate in training and development sessions to stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and business development initiatives of the company.
